Consequently, the results of the earliest published data are less reliable and comparison between sectors and between years should be subject to caution. The reform of the municipalities makes comparisons between years especially complicated for the municipality and the governmental sector. The maternity leave for the governmental sector are based on a different source and cannot be compared with other sectors.
