    EJ6: Price index for sales property (2006=100) by category of real property and unit

    From 2023, price indices for one-family houses, owner-occupied flats and weekend cottages are no longer calculated using transaction weights in this table (annual figures) and in EJ5 quarterly figures). Instead, reference is made to tables EJ67 (annual figures) and EJ56 (quarterly figures), which are based on stock weights. The figures for the past four quarters are preliminary.
