From the first quarter of 2023, price indices for one-family houses, owner-occupied flats and weekend cottages are no longer calculated using transaction weights in this table (quarterly figures) and in EJ6 (annual figures). Instead, reference is made to tables EJ56 (quarterly figures) and EJ67 (annual figures), which are based on stock weights. The figures for the past four quarters are preliminary.
