With the publication of Construction cost index for residential buildings for 2024 the base year was changed to 2021 = 100 and the weight basis was updated. Yearly development rates are the same as before the rescaling. However, there may be minor differences in a magnitude of +/- 0.1 percentage points compared to previous listings.
